Patients abandoned the app mid-flow due to complex booking steps, unclear doctor availability, and anxiety around accessing sensitive medical data. Trust and privacy were existential UX concerns.

Conducted user research with 8 patients and 3 doctors. Led product design from research to final handoff — including all flows for booking, record access, and notifications.

Patient interviews highlighted: 'I never know if my appointment is confirmed.' The key insight: the absence of clear confirmation states was driving abandonment — not the number of steps
