Job seekers faced a cluttered, confusing application process. Employers struggled to manage incoming resumes without context. Both sides were under-served by the same interface.
My Role
Designed both the candidate and employer sides of the platform — including search, application, profile management, messaging, and the AI matching interface.
What I Found
Surveyed 30 job seekers and 10 recruiters
Job seekers: 'I apply and hear nothing.' Recruiters: 'I get 200 applications and can't find the right one.' The AI match layer had to solve both problems simultaneously
The Solution
Designed 'JobNow' with AI-match at the core: precise search filters, personalised job alerts, one-tap applications, and direct in-app messaging. Clean candidate cards for employers; clear application tracking for seekers.
