The Challenge
Existing crypto apps overwhelmed users with dense data, volatile charts, and unclear transaction flows — creating anxiety instead of confidence when making financial decisions.
My Role
Led UX strategy and visual design. Designed the full app UI system including dashboard, market view, portfolio tracker, and buy/sell flows.
What I Found
Surveyed 12 crypto users
Primary finding: 75% felt uncertain whether their order went through
Data density ranked as the top pain point — users wanted to see only what they needed to act, not everything at once
The Solution
Created a clean, structured interface that surfaces essential market data, guides clear buy/sell flows, and provides transparent, immediate transaction confirmation. Calming design reduces decision anxiety.
